Hello! My name's Louise!

I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer, currently studying level 5 Integrated Nutrition & Health Coaching.

I offer a holistic approach to personal training, my goal is to help people use exercise to boost their self-esteem and mental health.

Although I work with a diverse range of clients which include men and women, what most of my clients have in common is they're going through major life changes such as:
